          Former Disney Communications Executive Zenia Mucha Is Taking Over Marketing at TikTok

          Former Disney communications chief Zenia Mucha is moving up the ranks at TikTok and will now oversee the company’s global marketing.

          According to a new report from the Information, TikTok’s current head of marketing will exit at the end of September.

          Mucha will assume her new responsibilities beginning on Monday.

          A Storied Disney Career

          During her 22-year tenure at Disney, Mucha led the communication and positioning strategy for the company’s strategic business initiatives.

          These included the acquisitions of Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and 21st Century Fox. She also oversaw the launch of D23, the official Disney fan club.
